We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth through effective financial planning, analysis, and control. Experience in the manufacturing sector will be considered a strong advantage.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage cost accounting, product costing, and margin analysis in manufacturing operations
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other statutory regulations
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance team
- Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
📌 Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in finance, including 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience ina manufacturing/production environment (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of costing, inventory management, and ERP systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
